Motorcycle Accidents in Tennessee

01 Jan

For all of us motorcycle riders, there is a great sense of freedom for hitting the road on a bike.  Unfortunately, we do not have the protection that is afforded to driving automobiles.

In 2015, the statistics show that there were approximately 5,000 fatlities of motorcycle riders nationally.  Beyond that, there were 88,000 people injured in motorcycle accidents. In Tennessee, 130 people died in motorcycle accidents in 2015.

Motorcycle accidents are handled on a negligence standard.
